Golden Goodness Sandwiches

hard-cooked eggs, cubed

chunk breast of chicken, drained
10 ounces
shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/3 cups
mayonnaise
1/3 cups
sweet pickle relish
3 tablespoons
croissants, large (or 8 mini)

Directions
In a large bowl, mix cubed eggs, chicken, cheese, mayonnaise, and relish. Spread mixture on split croissants to make sandwiches. Wrap each sandwich separately in foil. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 325˚F for 25-30 minutes, or until heated thoroughly. Unwrap from foil and serve sandwiches immediately. Delicious!
