Steam broccoli and mushrooms for 3 to 4 minutes. Immerse in cold water. Drain well and place in a lightly greased 7 x 11 glass baking dish. Drizzle the melted margarine over broccoli. Arrange the mushrooms and eggs over the broccoli. Mix together the soup, mayonnaise, lime juice, and curry powder. Spread mixture evenly over the vegetables and eggs. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over top and return to the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
