Crust:
3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 package yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
Topping:
8 Eggs, scrambled
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
6 ounces light garlic herb cheese spread
1 (10-ounce) package spinach, thawed
2/3 cup finely chopped green onions
2/3 cup finely diced red bell pepper
2/3 cup shredded cheese blend
Directions:
FOR THE CRUST: Combine Ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until combined and formed into a ball. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes. Roll out half of the dough to a 12-inch rough circle. Bake a 500 degrees on a hot baking stone for 4 to 5 minutes until crisp.
FOR THE TOPPING: Combine spinach, mayonnaise, and garlic herb cheese. Spread on the partially baked crust. Add the remaining ingredients in order listed. Return to the hot stone and bake 4 to 5 minutes at 500 degrees.
