Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Press crust into pie plate. Slice hard-cooked eggs and place on crust in a single layer. Sprinkle bacon over the eggs. Blend eggs and bleu cheese together and pour over the top. Bake until the quiche is semi-firm, approximately 35 minutes. Remove from oven and drop toast on quiche. Serve warm with Parmesan dusted over the top.
